Hard-to-find people
We source the decision makers that generic databases miss, then verify the routes to reach them.
Describe who you need to reach. Omelo maps the market, finds decision makers, verifies contacts, watches timing signals and runs the right contact motion.
What we offer
Omelo is not a static database. It is a done-for-you intelligence workflow for hard markets: discovery, verification, timing and contact execution in one place.
We source the decision makers that generic databases miss, then verify the routes to reach them.
When the target is a niche, Omelo builds the company and person universe before contacting starts.
Agents monitor filings, permits, hiring, news, web changes and campaign feedback so timing improves.
Omelo plans and runs the right contact motion for each prospect: email, LinkedIn, a direct message, their contact form or a letter. Calls and gifts come prepared for a person to finish.
What you get
Every opportunity arrives with more than a name. You see the person, fit, signal, evidence and the contact method Omelo can run next.

How it gets smarter
This example shows a customer-acquisition project: Omelo turns your goal into account segments, buyer roles, timing signals and the right path to reach them, including partner routes when they make more sense than direct outbound.
who you want to acquire and why
best-fit companies and partner routes

How it works
Start with a plain-English request. Omelo turns it into verified opportunities your team can actually use.
Give us the people, companies, geography, exclusions, volume and what counts as a win.
We source, enrich, dedupe, verify, score and connect each finding back to evidence.
We prepare and run the right touches, then track replies, follow-ups and updates.
Questions
Omelo finds the people you need to reach, verifies them, and reaches them on the channel they answer. You describe the people in plain English, and Omelo sources, enriches and verifies them, then delivers names, roles, signals and verified emails, ready to contact. You can run it yourself in the app, through an AI agent, or have the Omelo team run it for you.
Anyone in any niche, including investors actually writing checks (GPs, angels, and family offices), creators and communities across YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Substack, and hard-to-find owners and decision-makers who aren't in any contact database.
Yes. Omelo is not email-only. It sends LinkedIn connection requests and messages through a managed connection with per-account caps, and direct messages on X and Instagram, paced like a person rather than a script. It also posts and replies on LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Reddit, fills in website contact forms, and mails handwritten letters. Calls and gifts arrive prepared for a person to finish.
Yes. Every person carries a status from not contacted through emailed, replied, meeting booked and closed. Omelo keeps saved lists, company-level opportunities with the evidence for why now, watchlists that monitor funding and news, and a full history of every touch on every channel. Replies, bounces and out-of-office are detected automatically and pause the sequence. Lists export to CSV at any time, and Omelo is built to feed the CRM you already use rather than replace it.
Both, and you choose. Omelo is a web app you log into at any hour: search and filter contacts, save lists, export CSV, build market maps, run campaigns on six channels, approve or reschedule any message, and watch deliverability. Done-for-you delivery is offered on top for teams that want it, and it is optional.
Yes. Once your workspace is open, everything is self-serve in the app: searching, filtering, saving and exporting lists, creating and launching campaigns, editing any message before it sends, and changing caps, schedules and quiet hours. Sign-up currently needs an access code from the Omelo team, so start with the project form or a call.
Yes. Omelo ships an MCP connector, so Claude or any MCP-compatible agent can search contacts, enrich people and companies, read market maps, inspect campaigns and Presence, and draft work directly in your workspace. Keys are minted in settings with a read-only or propose scope, and anything an agent proposes waits for your approval inside Omelo.
As much or as little as you want, per channel. Omelo picks the accounts, the people, the reason to reach out, the channel and the words, and by default every message waits for your approval. Switch a channel to autopilot and it sends on schedule behind a grace window you can pull it back in. Caps, quiet hours, sending windows and suppression lists apply either way.
We pull from public records, regulatory filings such as SEC EDGAR and 13F disclosures, social platforms, registries, directories, permits, and licenses, then enrich and verify each contact until it is ready to reach.
Every contact is verified before delivery: syntax, domain and mailbox checks, with catch-all, disposable and role addresses flagged. Each contact carries the record that found it, so you can check it yourself, and lists are deduped before they reach you.
Describe your target in one sentence with the project form on omelo.xyz, or book a 30-minute call. The Omelo team scopes the market with you, and how long a first list takes depends on how hard that market is to map.
Send the market, niche or buyer profile. We turn it into verified people, why-now signals and the right contact motion, each with the record that found them.
