Omelo vs UpLead (2026): Verified Contacts, and Someone to Reach Them
UpLead sells verified contact data. Its homepage promises "Real-time verified B2B emails, mobile numbers and intent data," and its data page lists "+200M B2B Contacts with Email Addresses" and a "95% Accuracy Guarantee." You search, spend a credit per contact, and export the list to the tools you send from. A database gets you whoever is already in it. Omelo gets you who you need.
Omelo verifies too, and then keeps going: it finds the people you need, including the ones no database carries, and reaches them on email, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, website contact forms and handwritten letters.
The short answer
UpLead gets you verified contacts to export. Omelo gets you the exact people you need, verified, and reaches them on seven channels from one place.
Verification: both check, at different moments
UpLead verifies when you take the data out: "Anytime you export leads, we verify their emails for guaranteed accuracy," and its pricing page says "We verify email addresses with a data accuracy rate of 95%."
Omelo checks every address's syntax and domain, asks the mail server whether the mailbox exists where the server will answer, flags catch-all, disposable and role addresses, and stops a sequence the moment an address bounces. Verification protects the send, so Omelo does it where the send happens.
Who you can reach
UpLead's reach is its database: 200 million contacts and "+19M Global Company Profiles." Omelo finds the people you need for every request, including the owners and insiders named in SEC filings, creators across eight platforms, and owners who show up only in registries, licenses and permits.

Outreach: UpLead hands the list off, Omelo sends
UpLead's software is a data tool. In its own words, it "generates clean lists that you can push straight to your favorite outreach tools and CRM." It also sells a separate done-for-you cold email service, booked through a demo, where it "builds, sends, and optimizes your entire outbound engine."

Omelo sends LinkedIn invitations and messages for you, DMs people on X, Instagram and TikTok, fills in website contact forms, and mails handwritten letters once you approve the draft.
Deliverability
We found no warmup, inbox placement testing or Google Postmaster data on UpLead's pages; that is the job of whatever tool you export to.
Omelo runs its own warmup network, where mailboxes trade threaded conversations two to four replies deep, tests inbox placement by provider through a seed network, shows Google Postmaster spam rate and domain reputation in the app, checks SPF and DMARC on your domain, and holds a follow-up when someone's out-of-office says they are away.
How Omelo works
You tell Omelo who you need to reach in one sentence, the way you would say it out loud: "GPs who led a climate seed round this quarter," "finance YouTubers with 50,000 to 200,000 subscribers," "owners of independent med spas across the Sun Belt." Omelo gets you those people, verifies every one, writes to each of them individually, and reaches them on the channel they answer: email, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, website contact forms and handwritten letters. Calls and gifts come prepared for you, with a researched call script or a gift and a ready cart.
On X and Instagram, Omelo opens the person's profile, looks around, follows, pauses, then sends the message, and moves on to the next person minutes or hours later in natural sessions, with a daily number that changes day to day. LinkedIn runs through a managed connection with warmup and per-account caps. Connect a company account and a personal one, and nobody hears from both.

Pricing
On September 27, 2026 UpLead's pricing page showed Essentials at $99 a month for 170 credits and Plus at $199 a month for 400, or $74 and $149 a month billed annually. UpLead's terms say unused credits "will not roll over" into a renewal term.
The two are different purchases. UpLead's plans buy contact data; Omelo's include finding the people, verifying them and reaching them. Omelo publishes its prices: $2,500, $5,000 or $10,000 a month, with unlimited seats at every tier and the verified contacts and messages each tier includes.
The UpLead alternative when a list is not the goal
If you need verified emails to load into a sequencer you already run, a data tool does that job. If what you need is conversations with people who may not be in any database, start a project with one sentence about who you need to reach.
